I dont usually post about charity or anything like that, but I felt this was important. I watched my granddad slowly deteriorate from memory loss, to Alzheimers, then to dementia while he was living with us. I wouldnt wish that on anyone, and Im sure any of you who have been affected (or had a family member who was affected) by this disease would feel the same. Its also true that you dont ever really see Alzheimers discussed on social media; at least not to the degree that other diseases are being talked about.
