I dont usually post links to video clips here but this is really worth seeing. Amazing first flight (more of a tumble) of a barnacle goose. These birds are arriving now in Co Sligo to spend the winter, having flown all the way from Greenland. Over 4,000 have been recorded here in recent years. Watching this gives me even more respect for them and the need to safeguard habitats for wintering birds in Ireland.
