I dont usually rant but over the past month I have seen little that has inspired me to have faith in the medical profession. After having the my name misspelled by the Drs office I have had every bill rejected by not only my primary but also my secondary health insurance which has lead to multiple phone calls to billing agencies and the physician(twice) on my part trying to correct the error made by the Drs office. Today I receive a letter from the new consulting Drs office that is so blatantly insulting that I immediately found a new consultant(on my own) who could see me in a week instead of 2 months and was nice over the phone. Apparently someone forgot to tell this consulting physician that I am the consumer I do not have to use your services if you are not respectful and professional. End of rant.
