I dont vent much, truthfully because I believe men should hide their emotions the best they can (and I really dont like Facebook for that very reason) but today I have a heavy heart. I look around especially this time of year and see people who could care less why they are here, refuse to regard their maker even if they do believe God exist, or simply show up in church that one faithful Sunday out of the year- Christmas. I cant imagine how God must feel everyday when people only deceive and cheat themselves of eternal life. In Matthew 7:22-23, Jesus said many will come believing they are ready and will be sent away with those awful words depart from me I never knew you. As Paul said, life truly is but a vapor...please dont take it forgranted. Make things right between yourself and God and allow him to search you daily! God loves you and he cares for you! And if you are walking with God daily, then allow him to show you how to get closer. Complacency is such a dangerous thing when it comes to your salvation. My desire is to be saved and sanctified, not saved and satisfied!
