Folk down south always complain about the benefits we receive as compared to them ie free prescriptions, free tution fees, free school meals for ALL our children, free childcare, free care for the elderly etc but what they fail to grasp is these things are devolved powers to Holyrood and are NOT subsided by English tax payers. While Im on the subject the Nawbags always go on about independence being some kind of Alex Salmond fantasy; just like all these benefits were fantasies at one point and ridiculed by the other parties at the time as unworkable and too expensive, now they are a reality! Really is absolutely atrocious the sheer level of ignorance and hated aimed at us, shame on the bastard who wrote this comment!
