I drove 16 hours round trip to play Sonshine Festival this weekend. I did it for free, because sometimes its hard to get festivals to understand your worth. But I smashed both shows and was able to really impact a lot of people. The best part about smashing a show at a festival where nobody knows you...you can see the crowd start growing and growing because they know theyre seeing and hearing something dope and original. Festivals are my favorite shows to play. Im going to focus all of my energy next year on finding any way possible to get into every major festival on the calendar. Ego aside...people need what Im doing...and this weekend only further cemented that to me. Thanks so much, Minnesota! Thank you Sonshine! Thank you Jesus!
