I drove around Angeles City this afternoon and I was glad with what I saw. the flow of traffic is very smooth. Yes it is a holiday and it is a given fact that there will be less vehicles on the road than the usual. But what caught my attention is the smooth flow of the ONE-WAY TRAFFIC from the Mc Arthur Hiway - Pandan-Magalang Road Rotunda, to Sto. Entierro, to Sto. Rosario Streets.(those vehicles supposedly going to La Pieta and Holy Mary) Dear Mayor Ed Pamintuan, can we try doing this scheme on a regular working day? I have a strong feeling it will work and will help lessen the traffic congestion. Sigurado maraming magrereklamo na kesyo malayo iikutin etc. etc.. but I cant think of a better solution to the worse traffic we have in the city than this. Try lang natin… malay nyo it will work… parang Makati lang and Quezon City na marami ng ONE_WAY route… ma-address pa natin ang problema ng mga commuters na wala silang masakyan na PUV/jeepneys along Mc Arthur Hi-way (from Pulungbulo , along La Pieta to the rotunda in Pandan. no choice ang mga Villa- Pampang jeeps and Checkpoint-Hiway jeeps na dumaan along La Pieta.
