I drove the 220 klm round trip to the cinema today in Warwick. I am an avid Lord of the Rings fan and was eager to see the second Hobbit film. I read the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings way before anyone decided to make movies of them, and so far I was more than happy, even if a few parts were slightly changed or left out. But today I was so disappointed in the whole thing. Im sure JRR Tolkien would be rolling over in his grave at the distorted tale that I saw today. It was not just added to a little, it was changed dramatically. Shame on the people who did this, hope its a flop.
