I dun understand why a retirement fund needs to be split into 3 diff accounts. Medisave covers medical expenses. What is that got to do with retirement?? Why ordinary and special accounts are split? I know we hv to diversify the eggs into diff baskets. But the diversification should hv been done by the govt and return to us with the profits. Why do they need to split the accounts and give us diff interest rates?
