I emailed my teacher a question because I couldnt get a grasp on what the difference between a medical drug complication vs side effect was. I explained to him that I had already tried looking online, and the definition I had found didnt clarify things for me. I also gave examples of what my answer would be on our assignment question based on my interpretation of the definitions and asked if they were correct, and if not, could he give me some examples. So, what does he do? He copies and pastes the definition from wiki-answers he got from doing the same google search I did. Thats it.. I wrote him back and told him that the definition he gave me wasnt making sense, and asking AGAIN if my examples were correct, and if not, could he please give me correct examples so I can try to understand the concept. That was at 6:42pm last night (so not outrageously late, especially since he was teaching class until 10pm -yes, I skipped class-). He STILL hasnt written me back and my assignment is due tomorrow. Luckily, I was able to clarify things with a Ann Marie Szvetecz, but it really pisses me off that I paid as much as I did for this class, and the teacher cant even give me answers he didnt rip off of a google search, let alone answer my damn emails. When people ask him questions in class, he tells us to get the answer ourselves. If he doesnt answer this email, I am going to email his superior, because this is ridiculous. A paramedic should be able to throw me a couple examples in 5 seconds.
