I embarked on a journey, I stepped into the unknown, knowing nothing other than stories told before and the physical outlook from the lives of people who went ahead of me. I had my hopes and expectations yes. One unseen being held my hand and walked me into it with assurance of love and guidance. The Holy Spirit has been teaching me through it all. THREE IT IS!! When they held my hand and walked towards the Bishop, I felt the warmth of tears down my cheeks, reality just hit me and in that church in Buruburu I vowed to forever be bound to him. THREE IT IS!! Today, the 22nd I count three satisfying years of laughter, joy, disagreements, happiness but more so of learning and defining love a new always. It would be a lie to say I laughed 24/7, 7 days a week, 30 days a month and 12 months a year. NO!! We have disagreed so hard that the four walls of our bedroom sometimes looked small but thanks to Pauls writing to Corinthians. LOVE is great, and a highlight of it all is that despite us being mad at each other not a single day have we addressed each other by our real or other names. Its true, he has never called me Carole. To him I am more than that....THREE IT IS!!! Three years down the line, I still date him, he is still my boyfriend and best friend. We still chat across the room, we till have those stealing moments, because the TWO of us DECIDED to make it so. We DECIDED to make our home a haven of love and peace; from hi-fives along the corridor, to gotaring when a deal has pushed through, a wink and face making when our score margins in Tempe Run game is close. LOVE ha defined us. MY THREE years in marriage has been worth it, and YESSS marriage is beautiful, great and fulfilling. I dont regret waking up next to him every morning....HAPPY THIRD ANNIVERSARY TO US!!! God am still with you in this, Hold my hand. #ThirdWeddingAnniversary #GreatYears #GodsGraceAndLOve
