I enjoy finding ways to minimize the amount of processed foods in our diet. Today, we made homemade peanut butter and homemade grape jelly. The kids LOVE them both and dont want store bought anymore. In the past week, we have made hummus, smoothies, sorbets, mulituple soups, green shakes, guacamole, protein pancakes, meatballs, and so much more, all using whole food items. Thank you to the Vitamix, the most amazing product in the world! Its pricey but you cant put a price on health!
