I envy the level of unity presently evident in Ogoni, unlike the Ikwerres and others, the Ogonis masked their political differences and boldly made a statement. Can my Ikwerre brothers achieve this feat? Oh! Ill love to see that day. My problem with the position of the Ogonis is: how sincere are the parties when it comes to implementation of that land breaking decision? Will the likes of Sen Lee Meeba, Prof Dan Baridam, and others of the PDP retain the balls too abandon their Party and support an Ogoni APC candidate, in a situation where the PDP fails to give their Guber flag to an Ogoni? Or will Senator Magnus Ngei Abe and others of the APC abandon their Party and support an Ogoni PDP candidate should the APC fail to give her flag to an Ogoni? How willing are they to play anti party in support of the Ogoni project? Did they just resolve as they did, for the sake of it? Only time shall tell. Will Prof Baridam and Senators Magnus and Lee et al abandon both APC and PDP should both Parties fail to give their flags to Ogonis? How possible can Sen Lee abandon GEJ and the PDP? How possible can Sen Magnus abandon Gov. Rotimi Amaechi and the APC? Hmmmm
