I established in my last post that Chinese wholesalers sell their products to U.S. retailers while on U.S. soil and thus must accept U.S. dollars as payment, but they cant take these dollars out of the U.S. unless they convert them to global terra. But China has other options. It can keep these U.S. dollars inside the U.S.. It could buy consumer products in the U.S., but that is unlikely. It could convert their U.S. dollars to Liberty bills and buy equity in local real estate. It could convert their dollars to Federal Reserve Notes and provide loans to U.S. civilians and businesses. It could convert their dollars to Red Seals and buy stocks in U.S. corporations or buy U.S. government short-term debt (treasuries). It could convert their dollars to Yellow Certificates and buy U.S. government bonds. It could convert their dollars to North American continental currency and invest in producer businesses anywhere in North America. There are so many options in this New SuperSystem! So prohibiting national m0 money from leaving the nation doesnt seem to be much of a restriction on global commerce. But does the U.S. want China to invest in the U.S.? When China brings its products over the U.S. border to sell on U.S. soil, it is subject to imposts and duties, i.e. taxation by the U.S. government. If the U.S. government does not want another nation to benefit too much from trade with U.S. buyers, it can set impost taxes accordingly. Perhaps this impost tax will be in the form of a Domex tax on the conversion of the U.S. dollars that China takes in from the sales of its products to U.S. buyers. The U.S. government probably has a legitimate power to impose a Domex tax on the conversion of U.S. dollars into any other form of U.S. money, such as Liberty bills, Federal Reserve Notes, Red Seals, and Yellow Certicates. But does it have the power to impose a Domex tax on the conversion of U.S. dollars into North American nameros or global terra? Probably. These conversions mean that U.S. dollars are leaving the U.S. and passing through the borders between the U.S. and the North American continent and the Globe. One of the primary roles of national governments is to protect and defend its borders. This is getting psychological: the rules Ive developed today result in a state of affairs in which the Chinese possession of the various new forms of U.S. money need to stay in the U.S.. So if the Chinese government owns and holds U.S. dollars, Liberty bills/home equity, Federal Reserve Notes/business loans, Red Seals/stocks in U.S. corporations, and Yellow Certificates/U.S. government bonds, these possessions need to stay in the U.S. in the form of bank accounts of Chinese investors in U.S. banks. U.S. dollars and U.S. government bonds cannot leave the U.S.. China cannot own and hold U.S. dollars and bonds inside Chinese banks. The method in which China can move money-value from the U.S. to China is: China can convert its U.S. assets into global terra and then convert terra into cointinental renminbi or national yuan. China could convert its U.S. assets into North American nameros and use these nameros to invest in producer businesses in other nations in North America besides the United States. Official Government is in Capricorn Life Area. National government is Capricorn Level within Capricorn Life Area, so it is doubly Capricorn. Capricorn is associated with vertical hierarchies, patriarchies, discipline, delay of gratification, law & order, the building up of capital over time through hard work & saving, Form, Firmness, backbone, bones, hardness. Aquarius is an air sign and associated with the mind. Pisces is a water sign and associated with the spirit. The U.S. Constitution is, for the most part, an ideal form for Capricorn Life Area Capricorn Level national government. I use it as the backbone of the New SuperSystem. It is an actual legal document. It is the supreme Law of the Land of the United States. We can therefore use the legal force of the U.S. Constitution to institute the New SuperSystem into United States society via Constitution-based lawsuits.
