I estimate Jonathan has about 50 miles left. He is in the 100 mile wilderness which means, ONE HUNDRED MILES OF WILDERNESS!!! No towns, no roads, no people just wilderness. The final destination is Mt. Katahdin. He says nighttime temps are in the 30s, and his sleeping bag is keeping him comfortable. We have all seen the beautiful scenery he has shared with us along the way. I know it was a challenge for him as he likes to live in the moment and not fiddle with pictures, so firstly Jon thank you for sharing your adventure with us. I am putting up some other pics he has shared with me. I loved the scenery, but I also enjoy the human side of the trail. He is part of a nomadic community. I hope you enjoy the pictures as I have. Thanks to Christina for being the best girlfriend Jon has ever had, and supporting whatever crazy ideas he comes up with. I will also use this post to thank everyone who has followed him, prayed for him and kept him in their thoughts. It means so much to me. One man really does touch so many lives. Thank you all.
