I fear failure like a lot of you do. We just need to remember that every great person who has ever done great things was scared to death at some point. Its how we react to that fear that matters. Nelson Mandela summed it up best when he said, I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.
