I feel legit. FYL has actual members! Thank you to all that have signed up to be a charter Fuelhead! Two months ago this wasnt my plan, however, an opportunity was granted to me & I actually took it. I am beyond excited to be opening November 4rth! Hopefully, yoga will change someones very being, (just like it did mine), at FYL. It made me stronger, spiritually, mentally and physically, and continues to do so with each practice! It hushed the negativity in my mind that told me I wasnt good enough, smart enough, lean enough, pretty enough or simply, not anything enough. In todays society we are constantly being told You are not.....yoga whispers You are.... And after a few classes, you start to realize I am!. I promise. Come practice. Integrate into your life. Learn to allow your little light to shine. Sorry for the long post, but, for real. Get your butt to a yoga class. Anywhere, really! But, Id love to have you at Fuel. Namaste
