I feel like I am a second class American citizen. The - TopicsExpress

I feel like I am a second class American citizen. The small gathering we had at American Muslim democratic caucus president syed Fayyaz Hassan last week with Dallas Sheriff Lupe Valdez made waves. I am reporting the news of my Pakistani News Media regrading Muslim meals for inmates at Dallas prison seems to be the talk of the town now. Channel 11 did a special report on this news. I feel like I am a second class American citizen. We live here and as per US constitution we have Bill of right but people so call conservative seem to make every Muslim feel like they are terrorist. Please see the news video and its reporting. You can put your comments too. Muslims need to stand up for their rights. I applaud the Sheriff for a commendable job she had performed and her fair treatment to inmates. The inmates are incarcerated but still have their first amendment right of practicing their faith. If they can provide bibles to these inmates for their religious practice, when kosher meal can be arranged for Jewish inmates then what is wrong with Muslim meal for Muslim inmates? This is a fight for equal citizenry and I am not ready to be a second grade citizen of our country. The question is upholding the constitutional rights of people of this country. Please see the cahnnel 11 news in dfw.cbslocal/2013/10/28/dallas-county-sheriff-allows-special-meals-for-muslim-inmates/ Thanks Raja Zahid A Khanzada Journalist Jang Group of newspaper.
