I feel like Jesus when He said It is finished. Im battered and bruised, but I took great joy in serving my daughters and their guests today at their joint baby shower. Cynthia Vaughn, Eneta L. Todd, Gloria Taylor Clark, Kimberly Watson, Angel Love-Jones, Telga Lane, Leah R. Wright, and Denise Jackson, it would not have been the EVENT that it was without your help. Each of you went above and beyond to make this thing a succes. I am not an event planner and I have always felt that it wasnt within me to put together such an affair. Everyone appeared to have enjoyed themselves and I hope I did my girls proud. Janaiha Ellis,I dont know if I should hug you or whip you. You worked overtime...even when I didnt want you to do a thing. Thank you, Reanah Gibson and all my other helpers. Lunch is on me. I want to give a special thank you to my husband, Chris Rucks, who ALWAYS supports EVERYTHING I decide to do. You sit back and allow me to go until I cant go any further and you ALWAYS pick up the pieces.
