I feel like dads get zero credit nowadays. Moms are always complaining to me they need a break. They say I dont understand how hard things are. The kids are driving them crazy. Well, I challenge you to walk with me mentally for just a minute. Imagine for a second, the children werent 2 or 4 or even 6 years old. Imagine, they were 55, 50, 49 years of age. Imagine, you asked them to do simple chores on a daily basis, and to your horror, not only do they fail, but find ways to do so when it seems there is no possible avenue for failure. Imagine, now that these very large children were now the parents, and they were telling you what to do! Imagine that their potential for failure was so great that they dismissed every intelligent suggestion you made to embrace the most stupid, barbaric, and ignorant possibilities. Imagine that in the end, when their stupidity became a bright glaring beacon of light, they decided that the best course of action was to blame it all on you. Welcome to f.... IT.
