I feel like if I can not lead by example Im sure not gonna lead by following. I did that toooooo long, & guess what that was my fault my own downfall. Anything I did in this life was of my owning doing, cuz I refuse to stay still or be quite. Well this time I got help from my Heavenly Father & I stay still just not quite. Im not weak just have a heart & I care but thats not a pass to hurt me or use it against me. Remember that saying if u dont treat it right there is always others waiting tooo. This goes for anything not just relationships. U have pple being treated crazy by family, friends, their work places. Think....... Back to my workout. Cuz in all honesty Im a great friend.
