I feel like its absolutely absurd how the WWE can just put people on TV after they haven been seen in months and have a person win a championship. The say AJ won the championship was a complete slap in the face to Paige who is a much better wrestler than AJ. AJ was gone for months, comes back and demands a title match with Paige then beats her. Stupid. What happened to the days when a wrestler had to prove themselves? When they earned the right to be number one contender. You can argue that Paige won the title in the same manner, however Paige had nothing to prove at that point, she was an active wrestler on NXT, was having great matches and as even the NXT womens champion. WWE continues to go down hill, theyre losing money and firing people left and right, so as an action of desperation they just put the championship on John Cena in hopes of generating ratings and merchandise sales. Its pathetic.
