If they OD, they can give themselves this shot to aide until help arrives. How much did that cost? Could we have used this money to cure something else? I understand addiction is a disease, but really? Is someone who is that high on heroine going to know to take this shot? Are they going to have it on hand? Will someone find them before they die and find the shot and be able to administer it?
