I feel really bad putting a negative but I have to say that the shop assistant in Pale Blue (hill road) is horrendous. I live near Hill Road so shop up there quite frequently and every shop or cafe I go in the staff are amazing. Yet on visiting Pale Blue (more than once) the shop assistant is rude, looks down on everyone, thinks its ok to vacuum whilst open and we are trying to shop and is generally vile in attitude. I thought it was only towards me but after asking around she is like it to everyone. She acts as if she is above everyone yet doesnt even know to judge the customers that come in the door. Serious money being lost when she is working!!!
