I feel so sorry for people trying to navigate the health care system. When you are sick the last thing you want is to go from doctor to doctor just to be told we dont have that information. Youll have to contact your other doctor and then make another appointment. You say could your office call while we are here.? Only to be told, no I want YOU to call. Its sad, frustrating, aggravating and made even worse when youre an older individual.
