I feel so sorry wd the other customer that i once have met,,we did not able to meet her needs ... In tis furniture business ,,,mine is to entertain clients .. I use to get orders from each who has entrusted us their needs of their home furniture appliances And let the carpenter do to the instruction according to the customers needs@wants I am encoutering problem ,,when this needs of client is wd the standard,sensitive... This is how i describe it- but i do not know if i am right wd my description.. Tis start when i told them this is the customer instructions...they want a mechanism for the furniture;they want it perfect;etc Now, i got tis partner of mine who is not willing to do according to wants of clients ,,,he say tell them like this like that! It can not be! So,,i use to think my own and try to reason out for the clients and the clients say ok But then,By The time the furniture is at the customers house,,others are not happy wd the result, others will really say -no fix it! So, i guess,,,we have our own problem dealing wd things like that.. Not following instruction bec sometimes we experience in our years of business that these like that ,like these.. But then the result is not satisfaction and unhappy between of us.. How can i really fix this problem so i maintain the gud relations between us and the clients???? I want them happy bec tis wl also makes me happy in the way goods we produce and the way we deal wd them..
