I feel super bad that I havent shared much about the brand new program that is being released on Tuesday! I am sure you guys have all heard of P90X, P90X2, and P90X3. If you have tried any of them, you will know that they are REALLY HARD! I will admit, I am a P90x3 dropout! Beachbody recognized that, and wanted to create a program that is a gateway to those intense programs. They took out the eXtreme from those workouts, and created P90! It is PERFECT for beginners and those wanting to kick it up a notch! I will personally be mentoring THREE individuals as they complete P90.
