I feel that the prevalence of local commentators against hardcore is creating some severe negative connotations with local shows. Safe shows are important but the right of free expression in a show environment is equally important to me as a show organiser and attendee. A significant lack of respect on both sides hinders progress for everyone. If you mosh/slam dance/2 step/jump around, please respect the rights of other attendees to be able to watch the bands play without fear of you careening into them. But this goes both ways.
