I feel the Peruvians should each be paid millions of dollars or finacially benefit in some manner for every tree taken, plus damages to their homes and environment. A similar program of compensation for the sale of oil to what Qaddafi had instituted for the people of Libya who were truly free. Most people didnt realize Libyan citizens had free healthcare and each citizen had access to free education. Qaddafi was creating an African Union that would radically change the economy of North Africa and base its dollar on gold. This would have given the power back to the common people and remove the many western corporations from controlling the economy and raping the land of its resources and making the people so poor.
