I feel totally trashed after todays workout and I never even got a photo or video or any part of it captured. SO I stuck around the gym and got some video of some other super hard workers!! This #wod was killer! 14 min of every even minute -- 7 deadlifts at 60% max and every odd min a 200m sprint. This ended up being SO HARD! I also worked on 5x5 #bulgarian #splitsquats, 3x12 #frontsquats, 3x12 #backsquats, and 3x12 #barbell #hipthrusts. #LEGS #TRASHED !!! What a fabulous gym session!! #strongisbeautiful #crossfit #buildingthatbod #ilovelegdays
