I feel very misled by AT&T. I added a line on the condition that the bill would be a certain price. First bill comes in, WAY more than that price. I gave up unlimited data assured that my data usage was so low, Id never notice. Now I get daily warnings that were out of data and will be charged $15 for any overage. The thing is, you cant do anything about this situation - theres no appeal. You can cancel your plans and pay for them anyway (because youre under contract) or choose a plan with even less data and stuff for less money. But they have no accountability for the price they quote and the bill you pay. This is a consumer fairness situation that I suspect is widespread and hugely problematic unless my situation is unique.
