I felt a call from God, said Katie Warner (John Carroll University 13), on why she became a member of the Passionist Volunteer Corps and has spent the past year serving in Jamaica. While at John Carroll, Katie took part in immersion experiences to Ecuador and Guatemala. I come here to listen, to understand, to encourage, empowering them just as I would strive to empower any of my friends, family members or people that I love, said Katie about why she is volunteering.
