I felt compelled to share this... not too long ago I was on the phone planning our upcoming trip back to California and I hear a loud knock. As I opened the door two young missionary girls with huge smiles greeted me. I will admit usually I would not open the door :/ but this time I did. They came in spoke a bit and asked me to kneel with them for a prayer. As I kneeled and they prayed for my health, my friends, and my family I felt such a huge surge of appreciation and happiness, My heart felt lighter and my smile got bigger. I offered them water and wished them a good day. What did I learn? GOD works in mysterious ways, you just have to open your heart and receive his blessings. Sometimes his blessings may come in hardships, lessons and sometimes through two beautiful souls knocking on your door. (sigh) =)
