I felt good last night after chemo .... doing laundry, paperwork, dishes. I cant believe I have this much energy (uh oh .... pretty soon hubby is going to figure out that I can do my hair on my own now LOL). Thanks for fitting me in this morning for a hair doo freshen up, Colleen. Im encouraged that the recovery seems to be coming along well. During the entire month of August I was so weak from initial pneumonia symptoms, coughing, inability to breathe and just exhaustion walking from one room to another. I would just come home from work, flop on the bed and watch TV because I couldnt move. Reflecting back on the last 2 months as I was talking to Fred last night; Im finding that I feel super good. :-). The nurse commented on my chronic cough yesterday but I know Ive felt a big change so keeping a positive focus on healing and good things happening. :-). Getting my Neulasta shot today; I asked Renee if she could be there because even though its painful she has a good happy spirit about her. :-). My doc said that I prob really needed the shot last time if it didnt seem to have the bad effects. What?? I was all happy, bragging I didnt get sick, felt good, blah, blah. So was I supposed to be curled up in a ball in bed with flu symptoms, bones aching and needing to sit in a hot bath like 2 years ago and thats how we know its working? Ugh!! LOL. Well my hubby is doing the message this weekend at Grace Walk. Come out and hear our story of what were experiencing, the events of the upcoming 4 blood moons and the significance of the high holy days that we are in right now. Today we celebrate Yom Kippur; a time we draw close to God and set all of our extra blessings for the upcoming year. Symbolically wash off your hands tonight of contact with the worlds negativity and our negative words of failure, sickness, generation curses. Wishing everyone a great Friday and super fun weekend.
