I felt honoured today when one of my client told me a story about Milton Obote..He said, they were very good friends here in Zambia! Apparently, Milton Obote said in a conversation while comparing Zambian government and Ugandas in the year 2000, {Any fool can become a president in Uganda but in Zambia, you have got to have some good level of Education to take the country to the next stage} { Ugandans are self dependant in terms of agriculture, but Zambian relay on their government too much} lots of stories where told but too sensitive so i picked a few less sensitive ones! lol
