I felt like leaving this encouragement to you today. Marriage is hard work. We are celebrating ours today, but it hasnt always been easy. Its a decision you make everyday to make it work with Gods help. And, if it hasnt worked for you in the past or if you are in the middle of a tough season in your relationship, there is grace for you. God loves you right now in this moment and He will never abandon you. His love for you has never changed and it never will. Sometimes we try and fail at relationships, but it doesnt make us a failure. As pastor said so brilliantly this weekend, failure is an event. It isnt who you are. Just get back up and start over. His mercies are new every morning. For those whose marriages are in a difficult season, I pray that God will give understanding and clarity in your relationship. I pray that you wont give up and that the love will return to you. I also pray that broken hearts will mend and that healing will permeate your union. Also, forgive each other and forgive yourself (I find this to be an even greater challenge sometimes) when things happen that leave you wounded. But, its possible. With God, all things are possible. And for those who still long to be married (even after hearing about the challenges lol), keep believing and seeing yourself with the one you love. Invision yourself as a happily married person. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Im just a believer in hope. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. So, get your hope back up and listen to faith building messages and music. Be intentional about pursuing God and His dream for your life. And keep your hope alive and it will keep you alive. Love you! I bless you today! You can make it and you wil.
