I figured out why this video is so important to me. This gives me hope for the future . . . hear me out. One of the biggest messages Eric Blair gave to us in his dystopian masterpiece, 1984, was the removal of creativity, which in turn removes what makes a person an individual, which in turn moves a mass of non-thinkers into a controllable mass of mindless slaves, always doing what they are told under the mask of a horrible threat of war and devastation (sound pretty familiar?). This video IS 2+2=4, it is freedom, it is creation, it breathes of thinking outside the box to take violins, distort them, and recreate a crazy System of a Down song. IT, in itself, is pure brilliance, and it is a breath of fresh air to see three young people put together and perform such an effort. One step further, it is also good to see physically fit young women who seem proud to be women; fit, creative, and using time wisely instead of wasting away in front of the TV, and only getting up to waddle their asses to Wally World and MickeyDs . . . This video HAS to represent the shape of things to come; encourage your children to be free thinkers and creators, not mindless drones.
