I finally caught her (I strongly believe it is a HER). I spent 3 nights in a row for hours each time trying to coax her. Finally got her. Lakewood forest subdivision. This poor thing has been outside in this freezing cols weather. If no owner claims within 2 weeks, I will officially put her in our rescue and get her ready for adoption once she is ready. Must show proof of ownership. But this poor baby does not deserve to be outdoors in this freezing cold with nowhere warm to go. Each night she has been starving and scavenging for food. We already have 1 confirmed abandoned cat here (100% confirmed). Now I am wondering if it was the same people, could just be because of food but still seems odd as these cats (there is another black and white one I believe to be a male judging by body structure and temperament) only started coming around when the first cat started to at the same time.
