I finally decided to go out and get a Clydie X or maybe two, so last Thursday Brydie & I drove to Albury to inspect a couple & we bought Duke, but we already have a Duke, our wedding horse, so Duke(the Clydie X) got renamed to Captain. We drove him all the way back to Snowy Wilderness (no, not in the back of the Land Cruiser, I think he weighs 700k) we dropped into the Corryong Pub & bought him a beer, Captain does love draught beer & he is fitting in with the riding mob real fine. Brydie & I (except Brydie has not let me near him!!) will ride him for the next 3 - 4 months, then all being well, guests will get to ride him. He is 3/4 Clydesdale and 1/4 Gypsy Cob.
