I finally finished processing all that fruit that I was given. I made two apple crisps. Then I made some little individual apple pies and stored them in the freezer. Now, later on when I want a little dessert, I can just pull out a little apple pie. To make them I just pressed a crescent roll down in a muffin tin, cut off the excess; filled with the pie filling. My grandson helped press a little topping out of that excess dough. Some have a heart, a smiley face or something on the top. :)
