I finally found a job that I liked since being terminated from one in Tennessee. And they were willing to buy my contract out to put me on staff. But I just received the news that unless the get the regional HR director to approve it, they cant hire me. Because Ive been terminated from a job before. This just plain sucks. Guess Ill head back to Colorado to finish my contract, then come back for good. Thinking of getting out of nursing all together because it has changed so much. No longer patient oriented, and the majority are more bullies than compassionate. Experience means nothing, a paper with BSN or MSN behind your name is more respected.
