I finally got the courage to open the envelope! I have lost 2 stone exactly since August 2012 or January 2013 when I was weighed. My weight was written down by a witness and sealed in an envelope because I couldnt face up to what I weighed. My doctor weighed me end November 2013 and I now see that I was a stone lighter from Jan 2013. So last year just walking twice a week and cutting back slightly I managed to get rid of a stone. When he weighed me on Monday Im 13lbs lighter from Nov 13. In total 2 stone has gone (28lbs). That is 14 bags of sugar. Quite a fair bit. Ok so if I can get rid of 13lbs in 5/6 months I can lose another 13lbs by November. Thought seeing my weight written down would upset me but actually seeing the three figures and Im the lowest figure now has pushed me to keep going. Long way to go. Swimming next.
