I find it extremely odd that the authorities now claim that we are within our rights to march and protest. I believe they do not wish the public to know how tightly controlled the city and county really are. They have made us get permits, consult with lawyers, County Administrators, the Police Chief, and have even revoked a permit, as we were using it. I will be saving this article to show the next officer who threatens to arrest us for standing on the sidewalk. On a happier note, we had dinner with Hk Edgerton tonight. He is refreshing, welcoming, and has so much history in his head, it is amazing. I know we all will, but lets remember to let him know how much it means to us, for him to drive from NC to help us stand up to the powers that be.
