I find it hard to take this group seriously... They want to collect cash from their patients and not take Health Insurance... Seems to be a very poor business marketing plan unless you have wealthy patients...Yet, Even the wealthy have Health Insurance their company furnish them as a Tax write off employee benefit... The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons is a politically active group that favors having patients pay directly for medical services without the intervention of health insurance companies. It sued on behalf of Robert T. McQueeney, a psychiatrist from northeastern Wisconsin who doesnt accept most forms of insurance and whose clients often pay in cash.
