I find it interesting that when people are slaughtered in France, under what we are calling a free speech issue, we rally behind them and stand united. Je Suis Charlie. Yet when over 2000 people are slaughtered by Boko Haram in Nigeria we see little to nothing, and protest not at all. When the US Government continues to restrict your rights and whistleblowers who expose harsh truths like Edward Snowden and John Kiriakou are exiled or in prison for exposing your governments illegal behavior we continue to do nothing. In fact, we sit back and wait for the next Bush, Clinton or Kerry to lead us into the next decade.......We hate Islam, and it is certainly deserving of scrutiny, and yet we rally behind some of the strangest things while ignoring the rest.
