I finish reading most of the books I start, from Barbara Cartland - TopicsExpress

I finish reading most of the books I start, from Barbara Cartland to Charles Dickens, John Grisham, Marechera or James Ngugi. I always like flipping the last page because it always gives me satisfaction, if it was a movie this will be The End. The only two books I never finished reading are the Dictionary and the Bible. Theyre more like life reference books, and they remain in my collection. Today Ive realised theres a third book which I havent finished reading. It is the book about you. I used to enjoy reading the first chapters because they gave me a lot of hope. When I realised that the book was destroying my dreams, I never wanted to read it again. There it is, stuck in my bookshelf. The law of nature says I should finish reading the book. This is not fictional writing, I read reality of what you do to me. When you torment me, everything is in the pages for me to read. I have prayed to God so that I finish this book about you but it looks like there are more chapters to read. The end of such books comes from God but you can decide to change the story line, so that at least it has a happy ending. The book about you detracts my attention from the two books which matters most and noone wants to borrow it from me. Why cant you wake up a different person and change the story line so that it becomes interesting? I just woke up, its two in the morning and I am looking at how many pages I have to contend with. The book about you is another book. Its toxic and I wish my children will never read it, for theyll be stuck with it.
