I finished my second pass of door knocking in Sumner over the weekend. It was great to get to speak with so many people. A few common questions I kept getting were Why are you running? And arent you a nurse? So today I wanted to answer those questions to the best of my ability. Yes, I am a nurse of 25 years. And Im running because I still believe one person can make a difference. It’s time to bring the voice of all those who are underrepresented to the table. I am willing to try and with your help Ill get there. I’m not any different than you or your neighbor. I’m just a person from Waverly ready to make a change. I hope that you can support me while I run for Iowa House District 63 and I hope to earn all of your votes on November 4th.
