I finished reading The Innocent Man: Murder and Injustice in a Small Town by John Grisham I think its his first and only non-fiction book. I cannot believe Ron Williamson was within 5 days of being put to death for a crime he did not commit. Its one of those books that youre pulled into and you can almost feel their torture. Its so incredibly terrifying especially since he went unmediated for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia while on death row. He was close to death physically because of his mental decline. That hits home for me. The stigma associated with mental disorders is so disheartening.
