I firmly believe in why Oline Performance wakes me up every morning with a clear purpose. I feel OLmen exist in every aspect of life. We are the people that wake up, put on the hard hat and plunge forward in to life. We understand the bulk of the blame comes our way and none of the credit. We understand what family means and that loyalty has no boundaries. We accept the reality of our choices while striving to be better. Im a big fan of Peyton Manning but Im a huge fan of the five guys in front of him. OLmen are salt of the earth people, we just want to work and be better. Many of the physical, mental and emotional struggles society deals with, you can find those exact issues in an OL meeting room. OLP is about a lifestyle, its not about building great OLmen. We build the best people that just so happen to become very good players. I wake up every morning and feel like a bus hit me, but I know many of you wake up feeling much worse in some capacity of your life. Its the mentality of the trenches that wont allow us to lay in bed whining. You get your ass up and dominate some shit. OLP is a lifestyle, its a mindset, its women and children. If you get up and do your best to take care of your family, youre an Olman. If you look in the mirror and feel the need to get in better shape, youre an Olman. If you werent the prom king or queen, youre an Olman. If the only time your boss knows your name is when you make a mistake, youre an Olman. This OLP life isnt for everyone, you dont choose it, it chooses you. My knees are shot, my spine is crooked, I cant do certain things anymore and I forget more than I remember at times.... But its all good because I know some of you are right in the same boat. Enjoy the trenches and go dominate some shit. 👊💪
