I first read Wolf Blitzer when he was the lead correspondent for the Jerusalem Post, English Edition in about 1985. Blitzer was very pro-Israel at the time, and tried to give a Jewish perspective of why the Arabs perpetuated hatred of the Jews, and all of the lies that the Muslim leadership spread, including the blood libel of Jews slaughtering Christian children and using their blood to make Passover Matzoh. Now Wolf has matured and recognized that Israel has a false sense of victim, which has caused them to over-react. Like some local writers, Mr. Blitzer fails to share both sides of the conflict and tries to create a moral equivalency that says that since the Israelis have killed more Palestinians who have been held as shields by Hamas, they are the villains in this war. Hamas wants Jews dead, not just defeated, but death to all Jews. The attached video shows Blitzer tossing soft balls to the leader of Hamas, a billionaire who has gotten rich stealing aid for the poor Palestinian victims, while safely ensconsed in Quatar. Notice how Blizter who goes after Jewish representatives with a vengeance, seems to forget to follow on questions and lets that Hamas leader state his venom as fact.
